1. Approve the Procedure for removal of caution by authorized state bodies in the field of the counteraction of extremist activities concerning legal entities and other organizations specifying inadmissibility of distribution of extremist materials and implementation of extremist activities according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for removal of caution by authorized state bodies in the field of the counteraction of extremist activities concerning physical persons and legal entities, other organizations specifying inadmissibility of distribution of extremist materials and implementation of extremist activities" of October 5, 2023 No. 524.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
