1. Approve Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments and public welfare payments for special merits before the state to veterans of war it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
