About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 7, 2025 No. UP-109 "About Measures for Radical Reforming of System of Quality Evaluation of Seeds of Crops", and also resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2020 "About approval of the Regulations on Authorized Economic Operators" and of August 5, 2024 No. 481 "About approval of some regulatory legal acts connected with issue of the documents having licensed and allowing character in the field of protection of plants" I order to No. 500:

1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 29, 2016 No. 01-02/15-07 (рег. No. 2773 of April 6, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 14, the Art. 133), according to appendix.

2. This order is approved with the Representative for protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The Item 7 of appendix to this order becomes effective since February 28, 2026.
