Based on part two of Item 1 of article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about architectural, town-planning and construction activities and part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on approval procedure of standard rates of the expense of resources in kind approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1553, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for development of standard rates of expense of resources in kind it (is applied).

2. Determine the scientific and project and production republican unitary enterprise "STROYTEKHNORM" authorized organization (further – authorized organization) by development of all-republican standard rates of expense of resources in kind.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

 Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction establishes procedure for development of standard rates of expense of resources in kind (further – standard rates of expense of resources) for application in case of determination of estimated cost of construction of facilities and creation of estimate documentation on construction of facilities.
