About approval of Regulations about the organization and functioning of National council of safety

Based on part (1) article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and part (article 15 of the Law on homeland security of the Republic of Moldova the President of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES: 3)

Art. 1. - Approve Regulations about the organization and functioning of National council of safety, according to appendix.

Art. 2. - Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 58-IX of March 29, 2021 about approval of the Regulations on the Supreme council of safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 88-95, 89).

Art. 3. - This decree becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Regulations about the organization and functioning of National council of safety

Chapter I. General provisions

1. These Regulations determine powers, procedure for the organization and functioning of National council of safety (further - Council).

2. Council is body for coordination of bodies of the public power and public organizations which purpose - the analysis of the threats, risks, dangers and vulnerabilities concerning homeland security; development of offers and decision making on their identification, management, counteraction and the prevention; and also consultation of the President of the Republic of Moldova in the questions concerning policy of homeland security
