For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the public veterinary service I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2019 No. 252 "About the public veterinary service" the following changes:

exclude Item 2;

To be reworded as follows the regulations on the public veterinary service approved by the Decree it (is applied).

2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - in six months after official publication of this Decree;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

Regulations on the public veterinary service

Chapter 1. General provisions
