About the Technique of assessment of impact of social entrepreneurship

According to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About social entrepreneurship" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Technique of assessment of impact of social entrepreneurship it (is applied).

2. To the central and local executive bodies of the government, and also other organizations providing (financial, legal and institutional, educational and consulting, infrastructure) support to subjects of social entrepreneurship to be guided by provisions of this resolution in case of:

- to assessment of achievement of social and other socially significant purposes by subjects of social entrepreneurship;

- selection of subjects of social entrepreneurship for provision of measures of the state and other support;

- monitoring of efficiency of use of the provided measures of the state support by subjects of social entrepreneurship;

- to preparation of the reporting on development of social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide methodical management and explanation of provisions of this resolution to the central and local executive bodies of the government, subjects of social entrepreneurship, and also other organizations;

- organize collection, generalization and data analysis, received during assessment of impact of social entrepreneurship and to provide the annual report on impact of social entrepreneurship to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To provide to subjects of social entrepreneurship information necessary for assessment of their impact according to this resolution, on requests of the authorized state bodies performing measures of the state support.
