About introduction of amendments to some orders

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes are made (further - changes).

2. To provide to department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the fifth, sixth, ninth Item 1, of paragraphs of the fourteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, twentieth, twenty first, twenty third Item 2, of paragraphs of the fourth, fifth, sixth Item of 3 changes which become effective since July 12, 2026.

The list of some orders to which changes are made

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2016 No. 28 "About approval of the form intended for collection of the administrative data "The Report on Appointment and Payment of Cost Recoveries on Training at Home Children with Disability" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13109) the following changes:

Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2022 No. 78 "About approval of Rules of certification to the rehabilitee and sample of the certificate of the rehabilitee" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 26976) the following changes:

Service of digital documents is available to the subjects authorized in mobile application and digital systems of users. The subject undergoes authorization by the methods available in mobile application and digital systems of users, further in the Section "Digital Documents" checks the necessary document for further use.
