According to part three of article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", the paragraph of the hundred eighty sixth subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 No. 1400),

I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of October 14, 1997 No. 363, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 20, 1998 at No. 128/2568, which are applied.

2. To provide to management of domestic motor transportations submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Sergey Derkacha.
