About some questions of "Kazakh Research Institution of Culture" limited liability partnership

1. Transfer to the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure for right of possession and use of the state share of "Kazakh Research Institution of Culture" limited liability partnership established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 100 (hundred) percent.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures necessary for implementation of this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
