About procedure for provision of free attempts of extracorporal fertilization
Based on part four of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2026 "About carrying out extracorporal fertilization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 100
1. Determine public institution "The republican scientific and practical center "Mother and Child" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus the state organization of health care in which free extracorporal fertilization is carried out.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of free attempts of extracorporal fertilization and financing of expenses on their carrying out at the expense of means of the republican budget it (is applied).
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2020 No. 483 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2020 No. 171".
4. This resolution becomes effective since June 25, 2026.
