About procedure for determination by cryptobank of rate of digital signs (tokens) in Belarusian rubles
Based on Item 6 of the Regulations on activities of cryptobanks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2026 No. 19, and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. the rate of digital signs (tokens) included in the list of digital signs (tokens) established according to part three of Item 7 of the Regulations on activities of cryptobanks (further – token rate), is determined by cryptobank daily on the working days as of 17:00 by the Minsk time based on these cryptoexchanges specified in appendix (further – the cryptoexchanges), about the weighted average rate of one unit of token in the last 24 hours for trade couple chosen according to subitem 1.2 of this Item. In the absence of possibility of obtaining from the cryptoexchanges of the specified data the weighted average rate of one unit of token in the last 24 hours is determined based on the biddings this about turnover and the trading volume on such token received from the cryptoexchanges by formula

where Srvz – the weighted average rate of one unit of token, US dollars;
