For the purpose of further assistance of national exhibitions (exposures) to the organization in foreign states, enhancement of congress and exhibition activities in the Republic of Belarus and based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for the organization of national exhibitions (exposures) in foreign states (are applied);

The regulations on congress and exhibition activities in the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. and" to exclude from subitem 5.5 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, of the word "exhibition;

2.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 15, 2019 No. 101 "About procedure for the organization and approval of holding fairs":

exclude Items 2 and 4;

the second item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and approval of the holding fairs in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution to state part in the following edition:

"Fairs which organizer are city (including Minsk city) district executive committees, are held according to the decision of the relevant executive committee without observance of reconciliation procedure of their carrying out.";

2.3. in Regulations on the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 363:

in paragraph five of Item 6 of the word "about information security" shall be replaced with words "about information, informatization and information security";

to add Item 16 after the paragraph of the sixth with the paragraph of the following content:
