About some questions of public administration
According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize legal entities according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Liquidate legal entities according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
4. To provide to the ministries of artificial intelligence and digital development, culture and information, education, health care, power together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan taking measures, following from this resolution.
5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026, except for:
