About introduction of the temporary mode of the omission through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic at the multilateral check point of Ak Zhol

1. Set till December 31, 2007 the mode of the omission of persons, vehicles, loads and other property at the multilateral check point of Ak Zhol round the clock for:
- international regular passenger traffics;
- the cargo vehicles following en route through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the control system of delivery (ASKDT) of Customs Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- automobile vehicles;
- persons crossing the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstan frontier on foot.
2. Approve the enclosed List of the check points on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstan frontier used for the period of construction and reconstruction of the multilateral check point of Ak Zhol.
