About modification of some orders of the Government (about activities of small producers and adjustment of some regulations concerning official control)

The government DECIDES:

1. The sanitary regulations about nutritional supplements approved by the Order of the Government No. 229/2013 (2013, Art. No. 69-74, 283), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 40-1 of the following content:

"40-1. The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry approves recommendations about monitoring of presence of additives at foodstuff for the purpose of collection of the details for risks assessment connected with their presence at foodstuff.".

2. The order of the Government No. 662/2024 about establishment of the detailed regulations concerning the minimum requirements to Items of control and posts of border control (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 434-436, 817), to add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The official control on posts of border control established according to this resolution is performed since the date of entry into force of the Law No. 82/2024 on official control in the agrofood sphere.".

3. The order of the Government No. 762/2024 about establishment of single frequency of carrying out official control of the animals and goods imported into the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 529-532, 957), to add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. The official control on posts of border control established according to this resolution is performed since the date of entry into force of the Law No. 82/2024 on official control in the agrofood sphere.".
