In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2030" of June 5, 2025 No. 178, for the purpose of activation and deepening of the reforms undertaken in the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring their practical effectiveness and the accelerated realization, implementation of modern approaches of public administration, the organization of the coordinated interdepartmental work on elimination of system and industry barriers, establishment of legal and organizational basis of program implementation of 100-day reforms of the Kyrgyz Republic "Government accelerators", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for program implementation of 100-day reforms of the Kyrgyz Republic "Government accelerators" (further - the Program) according to appendix.

2. Determine that the Program is the priority direction in activities of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic and the key instrument of realization of the reforms directed to the solution of system and industry problems, and also achievement of specific and measurable results in short time.

3. Establish the personal responsibility of heads of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas behind proper and timely execution of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
