About approval of the Notification procedure about the address facts for the purpose of inducement to making of corruption offenses
For the purpose of ensuring uniform application of the legislation and creation of the effective mechanism of identification and the prevention of corruption offenses, according to part 3 of article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About anti-corruption", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Notification procedure about the address facts for the purpose of inducement to making of corruption offenses according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
