About approval of the Procedure for the organization of system of the state accounting of pathogenic biological agents and the Procedure for ensuring information security concerning pathogenic biological agents and the admission of physical persons to work with pathogenic biological agents and products of modern biotechnology

For the purpose of implementation of Articles 11, 13 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About biological safety in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Procedure for the organization of system of the state accounting of pathogenic biological agents according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for ensuring information security concerning pathogenic biological agents and the admission of physical persons to work with pathogenic biological agents and products of modern biotechnology according to appendix 2.

2. Assign coordination and realization of the procedures specified in Item 1 of this resolution on:

1) the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding acceptance of preventive and sanitary and epidemiologic measures in case of threat of distribution of pathogenic biological agents, participations in interdepartmental coordination council and ensuring exchange of information about the pathogens representing potential risk for health of the population;
