1. Approve the enclosed inventory and (or) types of goods, cases and (or) conditions when transportation of goods according to customs procedure of customs transit is not subject to tracking using navigation seals.

2. Declare invalid the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 12, 2023 No. 147.

3. Determine that Item 16 of the list approved by this Decision is effective till December 31, 2027 inclusive.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 31, 2026.
