About additional measures for support of the sphere of poultry farming
For the purpose of growth in volumes of production of poultry-farming products, expansion of capacities of its conversion, and also financial support of investment projects I decide:
1. Direct in 2026-2027 from Fund of reconstruction and development on step-by-step basis of JSB Mikrocreditbank of means in national currency in the equivalent equal to 105 million US dollars, for the term of 10 years, including grace period 4 years, at the rate of 6 annual interest rates.
2. Determine that since August 1, 2026 at the expense of the resources specified in Item 1 of this resolution on start of new capacities (projects) of production of poultry-farming products, and also the projects "ready business" according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 27, 2024 No. PP-238 by means of JSB Mikrocreditbank are allocated the credits for a period of up to 10 years, including grace period 4 years, at the rate of 10 annual interest rates (from them margin of bank 4 percent).
3. Establish procedure according to which to poultry-farming farms, producers of compound feed for birds and for financing of the projects "ready business" since September 1, 2026 at the expense of the funds allocated from Fund of reconstruction and development of JSB Mikrocreditbank the credits are allocated at the rate of 10 percent. At the same time the conditions provided by this Item are applied only to the new drawn-up credit agreements.
