in Regulations on the procedure for adoption of the declaration of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) of single form approved by the above-stated resolution:

"18. The bases for cancellation of the declaration of conformity are:

1) the address of the applicant about cancellation of the declaration of conformity (by submission of the notification in the authorized body which registered the declaration of conformity);
