About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use and management of lands of the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of streamlining of process of use and management of lands of the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to part of 1 Article 7, article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use and management of lands of the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Determine that the Provision specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend to earlier signed agreements of temporary use by the parcels of land of the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of lands for the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 5, 2015 No. 677;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of lands for the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 5, 2015 No. 677" of May 31, 2017 No. 317.
