According to part three of article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", the paragraph of the twenty seventh subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 No. 1400),

I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration and issue of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the international message, their exchange and accounting approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 at No. 1075/9674 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 19, 2013 No. 239) which are applied.

2. To provide to management of the international motor transportations submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.
