Based on paragraph one of subitem 3.3 of Item 3, of Item 4, 6, of paragraph two of Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2026 No. 108 "About single state information system of sale of travel documents on motor transportations of passengers" and for the purpose of implementation of article 22 of the Convention on international civil aviation of December 7, 1944 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item parts one
1. Determine the scope of information which join in single state information system of sale of travel documents on motor transportations of passengers in the regular message, according to appendix.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning of single state information system of sale of travel documents on motor transportations of passengers in the regular message it (is applied).
3. Determine that the Ministry of Transport and Communications adopts the National program of simplification of formalities in case of the international airborne transportations.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 6-10 of the Regulations on procedure for the functioning of single state information system of sale of travel documents on motor transportations of passengers in the regular message approved by this resolution – since February 1, 2027;
