2. Approve the Charter of the state company "Kyrgyz of Basin to Su" under Development department of drinking water supply and water disposal under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following change:
- in the Regulations on the state companies approved by the above-stated resolution:
add appendix 1 with Item 37 of the following content:
