1. in the Rules of subsidizing of part of the rent for the dwelling leased in private housing stock approved by the specified order:
state Item 24 in the following edition:

2) motivated refusal.";
appendix 5 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
