About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2021 No. 277 "About some questions of the special economic zone "Saryarka"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2021 No. 277 "About some questions of the special economic zone "Saryarka" the following changes:

in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Saryarka" approved by the specified resolution:

"1. The special economic zone "Saryarka" (further – SEZ) is located in the territory of the Karaganda region within administrative-territorial borders of the cities of Karaganda, Balkhash, Bukhar-Zhyrausky and Karkaralinsky districts of the Karaganda region according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes hectare 1416,626, including the airport of "Sara Arch", and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

"7-1) increases in tourist capacity of the region and developments of the highly effective, competitive tourist infrastructure capable to provide and satisfy needs of the arriving Kazakhstan and foreign tourists;";

to be reworded as follows appendix to the specified Provision according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

to be reworded as follows the target indicators of the special economic zone "Saryarka" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
