Based on paragraphs two and the fifth 30, parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and part two of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2018 No. 45 "About creation of open joint stock company" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for the organization of work on remote storage of cash and other values approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2018 No. 188, the following changes:
in paragraph four of part one of Item 1 of the word" shall be replaced with words the exchanged banknotes and damaged" "banknotes, the damaged banknotes and";
in Item 3 and part two of Item 18 of the word "procedure for determination of solvency and exchange of banknotes and coins of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "rules of determination of signs of solvency and replacement of banknotes and coins";
in appendices 1 and 2 to this Instruction:
to exclude words of "sample of 2009";
after the word "position" to add with the word of "employee";
to be reworded as follows appendices 3-8 to this Instruction (are applied);
to add appendices 9-11 to this Instruction after the word "position" with the word of "employee".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
