1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements to the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 10, 2000 No. 1693 "About approval of Rules of implementation of the state control over drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 47-48, 556) the following changes:

2) in Rules of implementation of the state control over drug trafficking, the psychotropic substances and precursors in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
