About approval of the Regulations on procedure of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of the digital signature
According to the Laws of Ukraine "About the digital signature", "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.06.2006 of N 868, for the purpose of implementation of the state control of compliance with law in the field of the digital signature I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of the digital signature it (is applied).
2. To provide to the head of the department of regulation of activities in the field of cryptographic information security submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.
