1. Approve Changes in some orders of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (further - Changes) which are attached.

2. In the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of December 18, 2012 No. 739 "About approval of Requirements to formats of cryptographic messages", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2013 for No. 108/22640 (with changes):

Items 2 and 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Determine that state bodies in case of electronic interaction which is performed with use of qualified electronic confidential services when implementing exchange of electronic data of confidential nature through global data transmission networks provide confidentiality of such data with use of means of cryptographic information security and the certificates of enciphering meeting the Requirements.

3. Determine that skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services have the right to provide services in servicing of certificates of enciphering and, in case of their actual provision, inform on it Administration of Gosspetssvyaz.";
