According to articles 188-25, 255 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and for the purpose of observance by officials of the State technical inspection of State department of insurance fund of documentation of the legislation of Ukraine in case of registration of materials about administrative offenses within the powers determined by the Regulations on the State technical inspection of State department of insurance fund of documentation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2001 N 1447, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in the state system of insurance fund of documentation which is applied.
2. To the chairman of State department of insurance fund of documentation Stepanenko V. L. provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Bevz V. A.
