According to Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, to articles 188-25, 255 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, Articles 6, 14 Laws of Ukraine "About insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine" I order:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash against August 17, 2007 No. 561 "About approval of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in the state system of insurance fund of documentation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2007 for No. 1000/14267.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Anokhin A. V.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the Public archive agency of Ukraine Ginzburg A. P.
