According to the paragraph of Item 10 of the Regulations on the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.06.97 of N 574, Item 8 of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.10.2003 of N1209 "About Measures for Increase in Efficiency of Activities of Customs Service of Ukraine" and for the purpose of acceleration and simplification of implementation of customs procedures by implementation of electronic declaration of goods I order the second:

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the companies to which goods the procedure of electronic declaring which is applied can be applied.

2. To regional information customs (Koposov S.A.):

2.1. Develop the software concerning maintaining in the Single automated system of State Customs Service of Ukraine (further - EAIS of State Customs Service) the register of the companies to which goods the procedure of electronic declaring can be applied.

2.2. Provide entering of the companies into the register of the companies to which goods the procedure of electronic declaring can be applied.

2.3. Provide maintaining the register of the companies to which goods the procedure of electronic declaring can be applied.

3. To department of declaring and customs regimes (Naumenko V. P.) and Legal department (Not brother L.M.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
