1. Approve Regulations on the identity certificate on return to Ukraine which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1994 No. 553 "About approval of the Regulations on the identity certificate on return to Ukraine" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, the Art. 281).
3. Permit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to use earlier made forms of the identity certificate on return to Ukraine till January 1, 2006.
