For the purpose of ensuring realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About the special mode of innovative activities of the technological Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine parks decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for consideration and approval of priority activities of the technological park;

Procedure for consideration, examination and state registration of projects of technological parks.

Regulations on procedure for consideration and approval of priority activities of the technological park

1. This Provision determines procedure for consideration by Presidium of National academy of Sciences and approval of MON of priority activities of the technological park.

2. The technological park files to Presidium of National academy of Sciences such documents (in duplicate):

the letter of appeal about consideration of the list of priority activities of the technological park;

the list of priority activities of the technological park (further - the list);

explanatory note with detailed reasons for reference of the offered directions to priority, feasibility of their development and the forecast of results of their realization;

notarially attested copy of the certificate about state registration of the technological park;

the copy of constituent documents - for the technological park - the legal entity; the notarized copy of cooperation agreement and the copy of constituent documents of each member of the technological park - for the technological park - group of legal entities.
