About formation of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources

For the purpose of establishment of single approval procedure of inventories of minerals in subsoil and according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About subsoil" (new edition) and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 25, 2004 the Cabinet of Ministers decides N139 "About Measures for Enhancement of Activities of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Geology and Mineral Resources":

1. Form the State Commission on Mineral Reserves under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources.

2. Determine the main objectives of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves:

approval of standards for stock counting of minerals in the subsoil conforming to requirements of the most complete and complex working off of inventories of fields on rational economic and ecological basis;

approval of inventories of all types of minerals in the subsoil providing development of mineral resources of the republic;

conducting state examination of geological materials;

carrying out single policy in the field of establishment of the principles of classification and stock counting of minerals, their geological economic evaluation and determination of industrial value.

3. Approve:

Regulations on the State Commission on Mineral Reserves under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources according to the appendix N1;

structure of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources according to the appendix N2.
