About state regulation and control of transit of exceptional loads and the military contingents through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Determine that transit gruzo-and passenger traffics through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, performed by railway, road and air transport, is regulated in general procedure by acts of the legislation, departmental provisions, charters, other regulatory legal acts adopted in the Republic of Uzbekistan, except for transportations of exceptional loads and the military contingents.
2. Determine that transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of exceptional loads and the military contingents, the procedure for control of its implementation is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About transit of exceptional loads and the military contingents", the special regulatory legal acts adopted according to it, international agreements of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Determine that treat exceptional loads which transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed on special permissions:
dangerous goods - nuclear materials, organic and inorganic toxic, toxic, flammable, explosive substances and precursors, other substances and their waste - according to appendix No. 1;
