About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of category of zashchitnost of the woods
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the wood" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 21, 1999 the Cabinet of Ministers decides N356:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of category of zashchitnost of the woods according to appendix.
2. To head department of forestry under the Ministry of agricultural and water economy together with Goskompriroda of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the interested bodies to determine till March 1, 2001 categories of zashchitnost of the woods in all territory of the republic and to submit in accordance with the established procedure for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Secretariat of agro-industrial complex of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.
