1. Approve applied:
Regulations on procedure for issue of export licenses of separate types of agricultural products;
The instruction about filling of the request for receipt of the export license of separate types of agricultural products.
2. The department of non-tariff regulation is responsible for acceptance and document registration, registration and issue of export licenses of separate types of agricultural products.
3. To department of non-tariff regulation:
provide the bringing to publicity on the official website of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of the message on the beginning of registration of requests for issue of export licenses of separate types of agricultural products;
to the 10th coming behind reporting to submit to the State Customs Service of Ukraine information on the granted export licenses of separate types of agricultural products;
together with legal department to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine of Pyatnitsky V. T.
