1. Approve:
regulations of providing with food of the orphan children and children without parental support who are studying in average special, professional educational institutions and being on complete state providing according to the appendix N1;
regulations of providing with clothes, footwear and other objects of ware allowance of the orphan children and children without parental support who are studying in average special, professional educational institutions and being on complete state providing according to the appendix N2;
regulations of providing with personal care products of the orphan children and children without parental support who are studying in average special, professional educational institutions and being on complete state providing according to the appendix N3.
2. Establish payment of money to the orphan children and children without parental support who are studying in average special, professional educational institutions and being on complete State providing on their personal expenses in the amount of double basic settlement size in month.
