1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of licensing of activities for rendering sports and improving, sports services, except for activities in the organizations of education;

2) the qualification requirements imposed to activities for rendering sports and improving, sports services, except for on activities in the organizations of education.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2005 No. 786 "About some questions of licensing of activities for rendering sports and improving, sports services, except for activities in the organizations of education" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 31, the Art. 420);

2) the subitem 2) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2006 No. 1258 "About entering of amendments and changes into the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 1995 No. 1894 and of July 28, 2005 No. 786" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 49, the Art. 522).
