RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of December 5, 2007 No. 1396

About licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture

(as amended on 12-05-2020)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture.

2. Determine that the licenses granted till January 1, 2008 are effective before the termination of the terms established in them.

3. To the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, the Ministry of Justice together with other interested central executive bodies to prepare also tax till March 1, 2008. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the bill of introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning determination of the list of types of economic activity in construction which are subject to licensing.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
