1. Approve:
Regulations on declaring of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions and state examination of the declaration of safety according to appendix No. 1;
procedure for maintaining the Inventory of hydraulic engineering constructions according to appendix No. 2.
2. Determine that control and supervision of technical condition and safety of operation of especially important hydraulic engineering constructions I, II and III of classes is performed by Inspectorate for control of safety of objects of water economy and water use under the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Inspection Vodkhoznadzor), and hydraulic engineering constructions below the third class - the Ministry of water economy, JSC Thermal Power Plants, JSC Uzbekgidroenergo and other organizations for accessory of constructions.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of water economy, "JSC Uzbekgidroenergo, "Inspections Vodkhoznadzor together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to submit in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for approval the list of hydraulic engineering constructions on solidity classes, and also procedure for creation and use of emergency material reserves on safety of operation of hydraulic engineering constructions.
