1. Approve enclosed:

1) No. 782 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 12.06.2012

2) the qualification requirements imposed to activities for production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use, destruction of poisons.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 10, 1999 No. 556 "About approval of qualification requirements to the licensed types of activity in the field of the industry" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 18, the Art. 189) the following changes:

in the qualification requirements to the licensed types of activity in the field of the industry approved by the specified resolution the paragraph of the eighth to exclude;

the Section "Qualification Requirements to the Business Entities Performing Production, Conversion, Transportation, Acquisition, Storage, Realization, Use and Destruction of Poisons" to exclude.

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after official publication.
