1. Approve:
1) requirements for creation of the concept of special economic zone, according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) requirements for creation of economic case of special economic zone, according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) requirements for creation of the project of regulations on special economic zone, according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. (Amreev G. M.) to provide to department of industrial and innovative policy state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bishimbayev K. V.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
