In pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.07.2005 of N557 "About Approval of the Procedure for Issue of Permissions to Work on Lands of Water Fund" we ORDER:
1. Approve form of permission to work (except construction) on lands of water fund and the application form on its obtaining according to appendices 1 and 2.
2. In case of issue of permissions to carrying out construction works on lands of water fund to apply form of permission and the application form of its obtaining which are approved by the order of the State committee of construction, architecture and housing policies of Ukraine of 05.12.2000 of N 273, registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.12.2000 for N945/5166.
3. (N. Vitryak) together with Management of complex use of water resources (O. Uralov) of Gosvodkhoz to provide to the legal sector submission of this order to Ministry of Justice for state registration.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of protection of the surrounding environment Lizun S. O. and the vice-chairman Gosvodkhoz Babich M. Ya.
