According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations" I ORDER:
1. Deprive the structural division of the Cherkassk regional public administration responsible for provision of the conclusions concerning activity definition as such which belong to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations, the powers conferred by the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of 26.11.2003 No. 340 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the conclusions concerning activity definition as such which belong to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.12.2003 for No. 1146/8467, for 6 months from coming into force of this order.
2. To department of customs and tariff policy and protection of the domestic market:
together with legal department to provide provision on state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation;
after state registration to bring this order to permission of the Cherkassk regional public administration, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
