According to final provisions of the Law of Ukraine of October 4, 2001 No. 2761-III "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations" and in pursuance of Presidential decrees of Ukraine of December 15, 1999 No. 1573 "About changes in structure of the central executive bodies", of August 21, 2001 No. 724 "About renaming of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine"
I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of the conclusions concerning activity definition as such which belong to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations which are applied.
2. Assign obligations on provision of the conclusions concerning activity definition as such which belong to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations, to department of customs and tariff policy and protection of the domestic market, department of legal support of foreign economic activity, inspection department behind foreign economic activity, the State information and analysis center of monitoring of the foreign goods markets Gosvneshinform (further - Gosvneshinform).
